In Seveso a cooking course with zero waste has been held

On Monday, 20th of May, a cooking course was held in Seveso in order to learn how to cook trying to produce as less as possible organic waste and how to introduce wild plants and flowers you can fin outdoors in your meals.

This initiative is in line with the objectives of the Seveso pilot under the Waste4Think, such as increasing awareness about individual behavior regarding waste management thanks to the emotional involvement of citizens.

The event was really nice and successful and they expect to do more in the future.
